Fear vs Faith
Wednesday, March 7, 2012 at 10:59AM As you go into your day I want you to remember this: Faith and Fear operate on the exact same principle. What you BELIEVE is what you will create. Faith is a positive or hopeful belief. Fear is a negative or cowardly belief. But the rules of the universe are, whatsoever you believe, what you think and purpose in your mind and allow to take root in your heart, those things will form the words that flow from your mouth and what you speak creates the world that you live in. It is in the Bible as well as many other religious texts; it is in many books including “The Secret”. What you set your mind to believe creates what you bring into your life.
Example: You believe that someone dislikes you. Whether true or false, you’re actions toward that person will be ripe with distrust and dislike. How you look at them, how you view their actions, how you feel about them, all of these things will be through eyes of disdain. If they do something nice for you, you will think it is with an ulterior motive. You will purposefully judge and resent anything that they do, be it good or bad. And this negative energy will eventually be felt by them and then it will be reciprocated. Now, imagine if they did not have any issues with you from the beginning. If it was all in your mind and they have dealt with your actions. That would cause them to not like you. You will have created the very thing that you feared or negatively thought.
On the flip side, if you had of believed that the person liked you and acted as such, their actions would have eventually favored that opinion, whether they really liked you or not. They would have to work double hard to be mean or negative to you, because your positive view would make everything they did seem to be to your benefit. And in reality, because you made the choice to see the good, the situation would indeed work to your benefit.
Make up your mind today to only operate from a place of faith. Speak positive progressive words about your life, your love, your family, your situation. Know that every day of your life has the potential to be better than the last, if you choose to look at it in such a way. Focus your energy on being positive and moving forward. There is no need to fear what you do not know. You just need to have faith that what is to come is going to be well worth the wait. Live in this moment and love every second of what it brings to you. Live in faith. Let that energy build your dreams. Do not let the poisonous energy of fear ruin all that you dare to dream.
